Congrats! I guess Carla is still calling people. Perhaps more people have turned down FSU for other school.

Congrats to everyone that got in. I was put on the waitlist and was wondering if anyone had an idea of how many people would be on the waitlist and if so is their a ranking?

Thanks

Well you are ahead of the game compared to most of us on here. You are the first that has heard you are on the waitlist. Everyone else has either been accepted or hasn't heard anything at all.

I worked to improve myself (my resume really) what little I could while being trapped in Tallahassee, and the result was the same. I am an alternate for the second year in a row. People will escape from this list, but it doesn't seem hopeful.

Waiting list as well. I actually would have rather had a flat out rejection because I doubt many people will drop and I don't really care to wait until the first day of classes. I have a great GPA and resume, but apparently my "personality" didn't match up with what they were looking for. Brush the dust off and move on...

Hey guys. Congratulations to all those accepted! I'll be one of your second years, and I probably gave many of you tours during the interview process.

Let me know if you have any questions about the upcoming school year. Also, I think a couple other students started a facebook group called FSU Film Class of 2011. We did the same thing last year to keep in touch during the summer about orientation, housing, and general comments and concerns.

Best of luck.
