Yo so I've been reading different discussions and stuff on this site, and I've noticed a lot of people say they have crews for their movies, already before film school.
Ive never had a real crew under my authority like with lights and stuff how does that work? how do you get those crews what do they do, is it still in an amateur style or do u try to work professionally?
