TISCH 2011 hopefuls lets nail-bite together!

@gluestickunicorn

Yeah, I have a feeling you're right. It seems all spots have been finalized as well as the waitlist. The rejection letter is all that's left to pass out. Can't wait for April 1st... awe-some.

Hey, who was rejected from NYU Tisch NY location, forwarded over to Singapore, and had an interview? I'm curious about how many have gone through that process in addition to receiving a Singapore rejection letter/email.

I was interviewed at the end of February, and today I received an email that my decision was ready on line. I had to go into my apply yourself account, and there was a link with my letter.

My son just was accepted, NYU/Tisch via email.

However, there was never an interview involved.
We live in California, perhaps that is why.

Hey all,

Would anyone be able to confirm if ALL the acceptance calls/emails have already gone out to the MFA Directing/Production applicants? I'm an international student and interviewed with the Faculty in NYC on the 1st of March.

I tried calling Susan Carnival as well as the Graduate Department, but reached voicemail on both. Based on the info here, seems like most (if not all) of those who got accepted into the class have already got notified around the 17th or 18th of March.

And massive congratulations to all those who've gotten in. Kudos!

@mfilms, no I wasn't.

@sonny, great :) if you want send yours to hello at tobiasbaumann.net and I'll send mine back or leave me your e-mail.

Anyone else interested in sharing the 4 minute story? Maybe of someone who got accepted?

As for the form of the rejection: it was an e-mail stating that the decision is now available and you should log into the NYU application system. There a formal pdf letter awaits.
