UCSC, UC Riverside, UCSB, or UC Irvine? Best film program?

Hey everyone, since I didnt get an interview for UCLA for transfer I will take that as a rejection which is a bummer but I'm still proud of the work I did. But, I got accepted last Friday to UCSC which I know not much about in regards to their film program, but online it says it #7 in the country? I also got into UC Riverside, and waiting on responses from UCSB, UC Irvine, and I submitted my supplemental for NYU last week. Not in regards to NYU, which college do you believe has the best program and resources? Thank you!tr
