DePaul vs Emerson BFA Film School?

I got rejected from NYU and USC film programs. So I'm now deciding between Emerson for Media Production, DePaul for Film Studies, and Chapman for Screenwriting. I was waitlisted from LMU. What should I do and what are the most important factors to consider?

Those are all different programs in terms of concentration. What are your goals?
