Hey everyone!

I don't think I've ever posted on here before, but I'm excited to finally complete the process of applying to different film schools.

I was just curious what you guys used as your determining factors for a school selection. I wanted to go to a program that was smaller and offered more one on one time with my professors. I also wanted a smaller school, because I'm kind of done with state universities.

I know there are huge programs like SC or UCLA, but what other schools have you guys looked at? I chose one of my schools based on it's proximity to the entertainment industry in Nashville. Another, was their ties to the industry in nature film making in Montana. The final one was just a school who's vibe I liked, and that it was unique with their own center that revolved around film production.

I just wanted to encourage everyone to keep pursuing their choices in film school as well. I never realized how daunting the task can be, so it's nice to know others are also feeling the way I am about completing the process. Hope to hear back from all of you! Good luck in applying!
