Even though I didn’t apply to the MFA program (and honestly didn’t have the courage to pursue filmmaking myself), I have the deepest respect for all of you aspiring filmmakers. It takes immense bravery, dedication, and passion to follow this path, and I want to wish you all the best of luck!

I applied to the PhD program at the Martin Scorsese Department of Cinema Studies at Tisch, so I’m also going through the nerve-wracking waiting game right now. I hope we all get through this time together, and fingers crossed that we’ll be able to connect if we’re admitted!

Important to remember it’s not over yet! No reason to be pessimistic when you don’t know the process, this site is a very small sample size!

She probably says that every year based on my search on previous threads(Don’t wanna upset people here I also applied and not received anything) I think she actually means the interview will go on from mid Feb to early March while they already sent out all the interview invitation at 5th February this year.
