Hey all, I got the call from LMU today as well! Excited to be admitted into such a cool program, and good luck to everybody as decisions come in. This board has been an amazing, sanity-saving (or maybe destroying) resource!

Hey guys,

Just had my Skype interview with NYU. There were 3 members of the faculty. Some of the questions I remember:
1. Why choose to do MFA now?
2. What are the recent films that you like?
3. Describe the city you're living in now and the people living there.
4. Tell us a memorable moment in your life.
5. What are you concerns about the program if you get in.
6. Will you consider cinematography?

The rest are more questions related to what I do with my previous and current job.

Guys! I got my decision letter from USC - Waitlisted for the Fall batch.

As this is my first choice, I think I would be accepting this offer most likely, irrespective of whether I get the Fall batch or the Spring batch. Really excited to hear from them
