NYU Tisch Graduate Film 2024 - Who's applying?

Hello everyone, I am new to this website. Where do I insert my info? I am addmitted in NYU Grad film and Columbia directing/writing MFA.
Can anybody advise me how to choose? I read all columbia vs NYU topics but still can't decide. Thank you.

No bad choice there! Congratulations. For me it would come down to the two years at NYU or the theee plus years at Columbia. Your time availability your finances and your attraction to one program over another.

As someone who did not apply to Columbia, I think NYU has more people actively working in the field historically and still today. There's at least one NYU grad every year that has a feature come out and do super well...

I've also heard/read bad things about the Columbia program...

i got accepted to NYU MFA film production.

I heard good things about Columbia from a film professor I know who went there!

I got admitted to NYU MFA Film Graduate for this fall but withdrew yesterday. If any waitlisted candidate received a call from the admission team, congrats and all the best to you!

Is there any chance you would be willing to talk about why you decided to withdraw and not attend NYU?
