Not a peep heard on my end--this week is officially "Week 4" of the 3-4 week timeline that the interviewers provided, so my guess is we will hear sometime this week.

Not a word. And this is actually the sixth week since my interview! In the past two years the decisions went out in like 2 weeks. I'm officially stressed out.

Guuuuuuys,

Decisions have been made. They're making calls before sending out emails, so if you see a 213 number--pick up.

Congrats on the acceptance! I get 213 calls everyday, so this will be interesting. Some of them are spam calls and I never answer. lol

Thank you! Stark was my first choice, so this one feels good. Hahah (about 213) I suppose if you're in LA, that isn't helpful. The full number is 740-3304.

Got the acceptance call today around 2pm EST / 11am PST. Very excited to have received it. Straightforward enough and following the call they emailed me with more details. Decisions to accept have to be made by March 27th, 2017 according to the email.

Looking forward to hearing from the rest of you.

Do you know the weblink where acceptance/rejection letters are placed?
Yes, it's you.usc.edu/graduate/

When you applied you should have gotten a link to set up a USC account. But, I just checked and they haven't posted letters there yet, just a call and email.

I imagine that they'll be calling folks over the next few days. They said that they accepted 24 students. 16 women, 8 men, 9 of which are international students. They also have a strict deadline to accept the offer--March 27--so for folks that are on the waitlist, that's likely when you'll get your offer.

Congratulations both of you! I'm so jealous! ;)

PS: Thanks for all the info by the way!!

Consider me one of the 24...!

Received the call from Keryl not too long ago and had to say my thank yous quickly before I embarrassed myself with happy tears.

A huge congratulations to everyone who got in--I look forward to meeting all of my fellow Starkies. As a resident Angeleno, please reach out if you have any questions about the city and logistics of moving here--I would love to hear from you!

Wow congrats @ethwang Excited for you! :)

Hey Irene - I'm an international candidate and got my call today
Good to know! Thanks.
Hi Irene,

Like I mentioned in my post, I'm local to Los Angeles, so I am domestic. Since Travis is international, I have no idea how the calls will be split out--hopefully you hear soon!
Thank you! I think I'm gonna give them a call first thing in the morning --- better to strike than sitting still.

Update us when you find out. I'll also be calling. Especially since I never received an interview opportunity. I'm a little pissed about that, cause I consider myself a very competitive applicant since ive been working for 7 years now and am very specific about what I wanted out of the program. I even visited all the seminars and spoke to professors all last year. So even if I didn't get accepted, i'm mad I wasn't even a consideration. :( This is my 3rd time applying to USC. At this point, i'm just over it. Steven Spielberg even got denied to USC, so maybe it just isn't my calling.

Good to know! Thanks.
