Just got waitlisted! I’m super excited, but I also can’t help but feel scared because of everything that’s going on in the world. Like, is going off to California/quitting my job, which allows me to continue working, the best decision? Sorry if I sound like a bummer. I just have sooo many emotions right now. Good for you ！I just got waitlisted too. Do you know anything about our chances of getting accpeted off waitlist? I know with all the chaos going on in this world right now, a lot of people (especially of the international students) might hesitate on going to the States. There might be more open seats than ever before this year,

I was looking back at prior years and it looks like some people didn’t hear back till may and sometimes even June, but like you said, I’m pretty sure there’s going to be a lot of empty seats this year, so maybe it’ll be earlier? I hope so! also, congrats on the waitlist. That means we still have a chance.

Just got waitlist. An email told me to check my application status page. I thought I am going to get a rejection email cause I didn’t get an interview request and it’s already the middle of April. It seems that they are still making decisions. Don’t give up hope!

Hey all! I have committed to LMU for the FIlm and Television Production program this fall and I'm very excited about it!! I know with everything going on that it's alot to take in but I genuinely believe there will be progress made by fall with this whole pandemic, even if things don't necessarily go entirely back to normal. I am looking forward to meeting some fellow classmates and working on projects together in the next year!

Last night I received an email regarding the covid-19 situation. Did anyone else get it?

I got a COVID-19 email from the university as well as an invitation to discuss any questions I have with Jenny Vasquez on Friday. I’m also with the TV Writing and Producing track

Yeah I got the email as well! Looks like as of now classes will be in person starting fall! Have any of you been contacted by an academic advisor or the school about what classes/sections we need to register for? Will they register for us? Have tried calling a few times but haven't gotten in touch with anyone.

My questions so far are:
1) When will we know about on-campus housing (when we know if our application goes through).
2) Ask about a Facebook group/ is there one for students?
3) Ask what classes we can register for.
4) When will the jobs portal be available?
