NFTS 2024 - Directing Fiction Applications (1 Viewer)

At this point, if any of us gets an interview, we'll be able to do an analytical presentation on how we cracked their code and knew we would or wouldn't be getting golden tickets to the interviews based on vimeo stats. LOL : )
Why cant I see a breakdown of where the views are from on mine, it just has countries?

I think it's a premium feature. I don't have a premium account so I can't see anything about the locations at all.

So Cinematography and Screenwriting have been invited for interviews? So There’s a high chance directing have put some out as well, I imagine?
But like, isn't Directing Fiction their most popular course, therefore, more applicants, therefore, a longer process?

Screenwriting was invited for interviews yesterday apparently (from their thread on this website).

Edit: Cinematography on the 19th of June, and apparently, there can be more than 1 interview batch.
How do you know Cinematography has more than 1 interview batch? My friend is also waiting to hear back from the school

If you got an interview and are seeing this right now, you'd better share the news with the room. Or else... I'll put a curse on you. This is a very real threat. And I'm a very real witch. Obviously. 🧙🏻‍♀️🧙🏻‍♀️🧙🏻‍♀️🪄🪄🪄🧹🧹🧹

Those who don't co-operate will, in 3 years time, forget to press "record" while their actor is giving the most stunning performance of their career. The performance will never be the same no matter how many times you roll. You'll remember that take you missed for the rest of your career. And it's gonna suck. ✨✨✨️ Hope you're all scared of me now.

See this post:

Yeah possibly - I got invited on July 4th last year.

Cinematography is also pretty popular though.
Yeah, but Cinematography has to factor in the pre-selection workshop, probably why they got noticed before everyone else. Screenwriting has fewer applicants and just got notified.

At this point, it's just speculation, all we know for certain is that we'll receive an email soon enough. People who are just reading this without posting will likely tell us if they got an interview.

Yeah I imagine you are right - if someone has an interview they are bound to make a post on here.
