USC SCA Film Production MFA 2023 (1 Viewer)

I got waitlisted too and the mail said, “If we are unable to admit you off of the waitlist for the Fall 2023 semester, we will offer you admission to our Spring 2024 class. The offer of admission to the Spring 2024 class is contingent upon the submission and approval of all required updated materials that may be necessary.” It doesn’t sound like a guarantee. May someone clarify for me? Thanks!!!
It just means get the materials in and approved. Probably admin paperwork junk.

Are all the results out?
I got accepted last year but couldn't go
Got the e-mail on feb 28, the letter was dated feb 25th
I reapplied this year and had my interview on jan 15th
I haven't heard anything back yet
Does this mean I am not in?
I got in (thank god)
My letter was dated 3rd March and I got the email on 5th March
Have completed my enrollment, see you guys on campus soon! :)

Not sure. But here's an infamous application on the site re scholarships. They got a full ride to AFI and ended up taking that. USC wouldn't match.

As far as I know USC doesn't give full rides to anyone. The highest scholarship you can get is $25K but you can get multiple scholarships and use them.

Just received a email says that “We have received your application for graduate study but are unable to proceed because of important items or information missing from your file.” And I need to submit an official transcript. Does it means I still get chance to get in? I didn’t have interview.

didn’t receive anything from admissions ever since i submitted my application LOL. i honestly decided to just expect a rejection later 🤣
i genuinely don’t understand what’s going on, i think this is the latest they’ve ever handed out decisions? why are they taking so long

I just got the acceptance letter today... I got it that at the 14th 3 pm PST. So strange, and my youSC portal decision status is still blank.
